At Camping Rabais Magasin, we’re committed to getting your outdoor gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: €12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority at Camping Rabais Magasin. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Return Policy

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Products must be in new condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ammunition and firearm accessories
  • Opened or expired camping food products
  • Customized or modified hunting gear

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service by email at [email protected] with the following information:
    • Subject line: « Return/Exchange Request – Order #[your order number] »
    • Product name, reference number, and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: details of the replacement product desired
    • Your full name, email, and phone number
  2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 48 hours
  3. Pack the item securely with all original accessories and include your invoice
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • For card payments, the credit may take an additional 1-3 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement product as soon as we receive and validate your returned item
  • If the replacement product has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount accordingly (either charging or refunding the difference)
  • Exchange shipments follow our standard processing time of 1-2 business days

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging
  2. We’ll arrange for a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund
  3. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or full refund
